My name is Teress Rachal. I am a Registered Nurse and Targeted Case Manager, and I joined the team at Total Wellness Center in October 2024. In just a few months, I’ve witnessed tremendous growth within this company and am honored to work alongside providers who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional care to our clients. 

With over 10 years of nursing experience, I am deeply passionate about advocating for individuals in need of support. I specialize in connecting clients with resources that foster independence and stability in their communities. My background in sexual assault nursing has strengthened my ability to provide trauma-informed care, particularly to individuals with mental illness and those from underserved populations. 

 I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are. My mission is to empower each individual to achieve their personal goals and become the best version of themselves. I take pride in being part of a compassionate team of providers and case managers who engage in collaborative decision-making to ensure positive outcomes.
